
Esther Mireya Tejeda is a growth-focused transformation leader known for stepping into complex, inflection-point businesses and turning marketing into a measurable driver of performance, efficiency, and revenue.
Over more than two decades, she has built a reputation for simplifying fragmented organizations, aligning marketing with sales and operations, and establishing data-driven commercial engines that deliver results at scale.
A veteran c-suite leader, Tejeda has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., Chief Marketing Officer at SoundExchange, and Senior Vice President, Head of Communications at Audacy Inc. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Univision, PepsiCo, and Diageo, where she developed deep experience in global brand building, commercial strategy, and market expansion.
As a transformation leader, Tejeda established Anywhere Real Estate's first enterprise marketing model, streamlining a highly fragmented, multi-brand organization and improving lead generation, conversion, and marketing efficiency; she repositioned SoundExchange as a modern, data-driven platform, expanding its product capabilities and strengthening its revenue model; she launched the merged CBS Radio Inc. and Entercom enterprise on the New York Stock Exchange as a leading audio media giant and launched its digital audio and streaming business under RADIO.COM; and she positioned Univision for an IPO while launching the enterprises’ most profitable division, Univision Deportes (sports), ahead of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Tejeda is recognized for her ability to combine strategic clarity with operational execution, bringing discipline to marketing investment, improving customer acquisition performance, and building organizations that are aligned to deliver growth.
She has been named both a Leading Woman in Marketing by Ad Age and a Digital & Tech Innovator by Ragan's in 2024, a Top Woman in Marketing by Chief Marketer in 2023, among the Top 10 CMOs of 2023 by Martech Outlook, a Woman to Watch by PR Week and a Top Woman in PR by PRNews in 2019, among others.
Tejeda earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University, a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing from The New School, and completed the High Potential Leaders Program focused on Change Management at the Wharton School. She is also earning an executive Master of Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
She is a global citizen, a native of New York City, and fluent in Spanish.
