
Esther Mireya Tejeda is a 2x public company C-suite executive specializing in commercialization, enterprise transformation, and scalable growth strategy across complex, multi-brand businesses. She is recognized for modernizing operating infrastructure, building data-driven revenue platforms, and leading large-scale transformations that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term enterprise value.
A veteran C-suite officer, Tejeda served as Enterprise Chief Marketing Officer at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., Chief Marketing Officer at SoundExchange, and Chief Communications Officer at Audacy Inc. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Univision, PepsiCo, and Diageo, where she developed deep experience in global brand building, commercial strategy, and market expansion.
As a transformation and commercialization leader, Tejeda established Anywhere Real Estate’s first enterprise growth model, streamlining a highly fragmented multi-brand organization while improving commercial performance, operating efficiency, and enterprise alignment. At SoundExchange, she repositioned the organization as a modern, data-driven platform, building its first data revenue and growth model and monetizing proprietary infrastructure to create new B2B revenue streams. Following Audacy’s $2.4B acquisition of CBS Radio, she led enterprise positioning and go-to-market strategy for RADIO.COM, helping scale the company’s digital audio and streaming business during a pivotal period of industry transformation. Earlier in her career, she supported Univision’s IPO readiness during a period of rapid expansion that included the launch of Univision Deportes ahead of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Tejeda serves on the Presidential Advisory Council at Brown University and has held board and governance roles with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, the Alliance for Women in Media, and the Hispanic Public Relations Association. She holds board governance credentials as a Fellow of the Stakeholder Impact & Board Governance Institute and is BoardReady Certified through the Latino Corporate Directors Association.
She has been named both a Leading Woman in Marketing by Ad Age and a Digital & Tech Innovator by Ragan's in 2024, a Top Woman in Marketing by Chief Marketer in 2023, among the Top 10 CMOs of 2023 by Martech Outlook, a Woman to Watch by PR Week and a Top Woman in PR by PRNews in 2019, among others.
Tejeda earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University, a Master of Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing from The New School.
